Our first home built in Northshore Landing, the homeowners of Lot 34 have added so much to this home. We can’t wait to show it to you. It’s going to have some very creative elements to it.
This plan has some really nice elements. Because of where the front door and porch are situated, we’re able to maximize the room in the dining area and kitchen. By doing this, we’re also able to enlarge the back porch, giving plenty of room for an outdoor kitchen. This family has done a great job maximizing this space. They created open air windows on the back living area, creating a nice breezeway.
