We designed a step-by-step process so you know what to expect, can plan for decisions big and small, and stay within your budget. We are your hands-on advocate the whole way.
It usually starts with a piece of land
Either a lot we own or your own. We help you decide what matters most to you, such as a large front porch, a rear-entry driveway or an outdoor living space for entertaining.
We help you find the right home designer
Someone to turn your ideas into a home plan. A little more room here, a closet there, a window moved over. It is all part of getting it exactly right.
Your home starts to come to life
Through an in-depth interview, we go through every detail, from light fixtures and dimmers to countertops and glass tile, until the plan comes together.
We give you the number
You receive a turnkey price based on the specifications we have discussed. If we need to adjust them to fit your budget, we will. Change orders are issued where needed, so there are no surprises at closing.
Meet your interior designer
They help you pick colors and fixtures and design your cabinetry for function and style, while helping keep your home on time and on budget.
We break ground
You are involved every step of the way, with regular walk-throughs with your interior designer.
You get your keys and an owner’s manual
The manual has everything you need to know: paint colors, fixtures, appliance instructions, your heat and air provider and your utility companies.
About Lyles Signature Homes
We are a team of Mississippi-based designers and craftsmen building custom and spec homes, with a process that starts and ends with you.
Lyles Signature Homes is owned by brothers Gary and Wayne Lyles. Gary has been building houses since 2005, and the two joined forces in 2009.
