Edinburg is a 4 bedroom/3 bath home that is under construction in the Northshore development in Brandon MS. The development is off of Northshore Parkway near Barnett Reservoir, close to the fire station. It’s phase 2 of the Northshore Landing development. The minimum home size is 2000 sq. ft. The development is unique for the area in that most lots back up to some sort of tree line.

Enter Edinburg through the foyer and you’ll immediately start to notice some of our signature features. Interior brick archways separate the dining room, foyer and living room. The living room has a tall vaulted ceiling that draws your eyes to the center of the room. Plans for the fireplace include shiplap over the mantel and tile surrounding the firebox. It will be a ventless gas log design for maximum heating efficiency and style.

Plans for the kitchen include a 5 burner range with gas cooktop and oven, farmhouse sink, microwave and dishwasher. On oversized pantry means that all you need to create culinary masterpieces is only a few steps away. Our staff interior designer has big plans for this kitchen which include tile backsplash, unique island granite and trim carpentry built on site.

Our signatures are also featured in the master suite. A tray ceiling with indirect lighting will make the master bedroom feel like a retreat. Our spa inspired master bath is also featured with a separate shower and bath, along with dual vanities. The master closet will have built-ins including drawers, shoe racks and hanging areas.

Every space possible is utilized for functionality and storage. There are actually two built-in desks in this plan, along with cubbies to store coats, shoes and charge phones near the garage. The utility room has lots of counter space as well as a deep mop sink.

Real wood flooring will be installed in all the living areas. Detail to tile flooring will be featured in the baths and the utility room. All baths will have tile surrounds…no fiberglass inserts. Look for detail to every countertop and backsplash, and mirrors offset by custom trim carpentry.
