Buena Vista – 3 bedroom/2 bath in Northshore

Enter through the front porch of Buena Vista into a foyer. On your left is a spacious office with double doors and built-in cabinetry. Straight ahead you’ll walk under a brick archway, and you’re into an amazing open floor plan with a large kitchen island, brick fireplace with a custom mantle and lots of natural light.

Buena Vista is one of several homes we’re building in Northshore Landing. The development is located off of Northshore Parkway in Brandon MS. It’s considered Phase 2 of Northshore Landing, and bears the shortened name “Northshore.” It will share amenities with Phase 1, which are planned to be a zero entry pool & clubhouse, combination basketball & tennis court, and green space.

The master suite features a tray ceiling with indirect lighting. Located between the master bath and the bedroom are two walk-in closets with built-ins including a shoe rack and shelving. The master bath has double vanities, a 6′ soaker tub and a separate shower. Upgraded plumbing fixtures and unique tile surrounds will finish out the master bath.

We’ve also paid close attention to the detail on the guest baths. They will have tile surrounds as well, no fiberglass inserts. The sink will be an under mount model leaving the solid surface countertop flush. We will also install an 8″ spread plumbing fixture, which means the hot and cold knobs are separate.

This corner lot has allowed us to build this home with a side entry garage, giving the front of the home a clean look and a larger front porch. The back porch is spacious as well, and will feature a food preparation counter.

The home is expected to be ready for move-in Nov/Dec of 2020. At the time of this posting, there’s still time to come in and make it your own by selecting the creative assets that you love.
