The newest development in The Reservoir area is now underway! Northshore Landing and Northshore are two neighborhoods with their own personalities that share amenities.
Northshore Landing is off of Fannin Landing Circle, about 1 mile passed Fannin Landing on the right, coming from Northshore Parkway. The first 16 lots are one acre lots with a minimum home size of 2700 sq. ft. The interior lots are more traditional in size, and have a minimum home size of 2000 sq. ft.
Northshore's entrance is located off of Northshore Parkway, near the fire station. the minimum home size is 2400 sq. ft.
Both of these developments will share amenities. Pool and clubhouse are in nearing completion, current plans also include combination of basketball and tennis court and green space.
